Enrollment Agreement Policy
- Student Contracts: All students (or their parent/guardian if under 18) are required to sign an enrollment agreement before beginning lessons. Families are responsible for keeping their own signed copy. Drive Well Driving School will retain a copy for internal records only.
- Requesting a Copy: If a family requires a copy of the signed agreement with a school representative’s signature, this request must be made before the completion of the package. Requests made after the package has ended cannot be guaranteed.
- Multiple Packages: Each new package requires a new signed enrollment agreement. Families must provide the signed agreement within 15 business days of starting a new package. If not provided, lessons may be suspended until documentation is complete.
- Dispute Resolution: Students and parents must contact school management directly in writing regarding any concerns before posting online. Verified claims will be resolved promptly and fairly. Posting false or defamatory claims on public platforms may result in legal action.
- Commitment to Safety: Drive Well Driving School has maintained a strict zero-tolerance policy for unprofessional conduct for over 10 years. All instructors undergo DMV certification and background checks. Many vehicles are equipped with cameras for accountability. All complaints are investigated thoroughly, and corrective action is taken if supported by evidence.
