9: Switching Package and Communication Policy

Service Policies and Terms

Agreement to Terms (contract):

•By registering, you agree to our terms and conditions and consent to electronically signing the agreement.

•We encourage you to bring a hard copy of the signed contract on your first session for reference.

•Package Policies:

•If you purchase multiple packages and notify us via text, call, or verbal communication, the terms of your original contract will apply to all one-on-one packages.

•For “Behind the Wheel” (License Programs) , a new contract must be signed regardless of previous agreements.

To switch packages, the full payment for the difference must be made before the completion of your current package. Payments made after the original package concludes will be treated as payment for a new package, and we are not obligated to switch or adjust plans retroactively.

Payment and Fees:

•All fees, including cancellation or rescheduling charges, are non-refundable and must be settled before booking additional sessions.

Verbal or written communication regarding changes to your plan does not override the terms of the signed agreement unless confirmed in writing by both parties.

Communication Policy:

•In situations where we communicate details or updates directly to the student, it is the responsibility of the student to inform their parent or guardian.

•Parents or guardians wishing to receive updates directly must notify us at the start of the program. We will accommodate such requests by copying parents on relevant updates.

•Open communication between parents and students is encouraged to avoid misunderstandings.

Non-Compliance:

•In case of non-compliance with payment schedules or terms, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend sessions without prior notice.
